We're looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Leader to head up our established Newcastle store - a high-profile, multi-fascia location that's fast-paced, customer-focused, and packed with opportunity.

Your Role as Store Manager

As Store Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the Newcastle store. You'll bring your sales leadership and team management experience to a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Leading and inspiring a talented retail team across multiple fascia
2. Delivering customer service excellence every day, in every interaction
3. Driving commercial performance through strong P&L responsibility and KPI tracking
4. Taking charge of recruitment & training, developing your team into future leaders
5. Implementing effective visual merchandising to elevate the customer journey
6. Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, stock control, and compliance

What We're Looking For

1. A proven Store Manager or Retail Manager with experience in a multi-site or large-format retail environment
2. Confident with P&L management, store operations, and team development
3. Hands-on leadership style, with a focus on coaching and mentoring
4. Experience delivering customer service excellence and hitting sales targets
5. A passion for the outdoors, adventure, or sportswear retail is a bonus - but not essential
