About The Role

What you'll be doing:

  1. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the store.
  2. You will lead a small team of 4-6 staff members, managing and motivating them effectively.
  3. You will work up to 45 hours per week; any extra hours worked will be paid or can be taken as time off in lieu.
  4. You will focus on delivering excellent customer service and achieving challenging sales targets.
  5. You will offer honest advice, build rapport with customers, and help them make informed decisions, exceeding their expectations.

What you'll need - skills and experience:

  1. Proven experience in leading a small team.
  2. Management experience in retail or field sales, preferably in hard goods.
  3. Track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  4. Experience in motivating team members.
  5. Practical knowledge of some or all of our product range.
  6. Confident, enthusiastic, and driven team player.
  7. Committed to personal and team development.
  8. Skills in accuracy, numeracy, and basic computer literacy.
  9. Desire to succeed both individually and as a team leader.
