  • Maintain an inviting store environment through effective merchandising and manage store supplies.
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and disciplinary procedures.

We are currently recruiting for:

Position: Store Manager

Location: Manchester

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

What you’ll do

As Store Manager, you will have significant responsibility for your store’s operations. You’ll lead in customer experience, employee performance, and sales targets, setting high standards and inspiring your team. This role requires strong leadership, a passion for people, and a commitment to community engagement.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Financial Performance
  • Engage with customers and staff to meet sales goals.
  • Be among the top salespeople, leading by example in customer service.
  • Participate in budgeting and financial reviews.
High Performance Staff
  • Organize and validate staff training programs.
  • Conduct leadership meetings bi-weekly to review performance and plan ahead.
Store Merchandising and Operations
  • Maintain an inviting store environment through effective merchandising.
  • Manage store supplies and financial reporting.
Human Resources
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and disciplinary procedures.
Miscellaneous Duties
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
