Job description

As a Store Manager, you will work in store and drive the success of your store while inspiring your teams with your passion for excellent customer care. Your strategy and enthusiasm will help grow and improve the business. About the role

You will:

  1. Lead, challenge, and inspire your team to deliver business growth through exceptional care to customers and patients.
  2. Manage the sales and performance of your store, maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  3. Serve as a passionate ambassador for the Boots brand, contributing to our goal of becoming the world's leading pharmacy-led health and beauty retailer.
  4. Own the shop floor, build relationships with your team, and oversee sales and operations.
  5. Identify opportunities for improvement to differentiate Boots from other retailers.
  6. Engage with your team to understand their preferences and areas for change.
What you’ll need to have

  • Understanding of how to lead and implement company strategy to achieve performance results.
