Job summary

The Beauty Tech Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our CurrentBody pop-up in a premium retail setting. You will own the customer experience, drive store performance, and build a high-performing team from the ground up.

You will deliver a consultative, education-led customer journey, coach a small team, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute launches and activations. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior retail leader, ideally within premium beauty retail.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales performance.
• Passion for beauty, skincare, or beauty tech.
• Experience delivering a consultative, education-led customer experience.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing teams.
• Highly organized, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

We're looking for an experienced, sales-driven Store Manager to lead our CurrentBody pop-up at Belmont Village in the New York area. This is a rare opportunity to bring a digitally native, clinically-backed beauty tech brand into a premium retail setting, owning the customer experience, driving store performance, and building a high-performing team from the ground up.

What You'll Be Doing
