As Store Manager, you'll be at the heart of a fast-paced, tech-driven retail environment. You'll be responsible for managing store operations, leading and developing your team, and achieving commercial targets. You'll also be a key ambassador of the brand, ensuring that every customer receives expert advice and tailored solutions that suit their lifestyle and connectivity needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the store team to meet and exceed sales, service, and performance targets
  • Deliver expert knowledge of telecom products and services including mobile plans, broadband packages, and smart devices
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, in-store displays, and promotional materials
  • Oversee day-to-day operations including stock control, scheduling, and cash handling
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Analyze store performance metrics and implement strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Provide hands‑on coaching and development to ensure a knowledgeable, confident sales team
