Salary: £50,600 to £65,995 per annum

Role: Permanent – Full-Time

• Experience as a Store Manager or leader in fast-paced retail or hospitality environments

• Willing to travel within a 45-minute radius of your home and to other local stores
• Pro-active, solution-focused, capable of prioritising, delegating, and developing a team to meet targets

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, recruit, and develop a team for a household name, focusing on value, sales maximisation, and high standards
• Ensure adherence to processes and procedures, maintaining professional compliance
• Set tasks to deliver effective service, stock management, and customer flow
• Maximise sales through managing waste, shrinkage, and payroll
