Job Title: Store Manager
Location: Ludlow
Salary: £50,600 to £65,995 per annum
Role: Permanent – Full-Time

About You

  • Experience as a Store Manager or leader in fast-paced retail or hospitality environments.

  • Willingness to travel within a 45-minute radius of your home and to other local stores.
  • Proactive, solution-focused, with skills to prioritize, delegate, and develop a team to meet targets.

  • Ensure compliance with all processes and procedures.
  • Set tasks to deliver effective service, stock management, and customer flow.

Commutable Locations: Ludlow, Church Stretton, Tenbury Wells, Leominster, Knighton, and Hereford.
