Delivering an outstanding customer proposition. This isn’t your average retail role. It’s much more than an average Store Manager job. You’ll manage the Branch, serve customers, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse, and stock shelves. The environment can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Delivering great service: Ensuring your team provides an excellent customer experience and drives sales through service.
- Mucking in: Assisting the team with checking and unpacking deliveries, opening and closing the branch, stocking shelves, cleaning, and assembling orders.
- Inspiring: Fostering a positive mindset, encouraging feedback, praise, and recognition.
- Building relationships: Supporting your team’s development, supporting future growth, and ensuring customers leave satisfied with everything they need.
- Leading: Coaching, motivating, and engaging your team to create a positive work environment.
- Building a fun working environment: Maintaining high standards and product availability while creating an enjoyable workplace.
