You’ll manage the Branch, serve customers, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse, and stock shelves. The environment can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Delivering great service: Ensuring your team provides an excellent customer experience and drives sales through service.
• Mucking in: Assisting the team with checking and unpacking deliveries, opening and closing the branch, stocking shelves, cleaning, and assembling orders.
• Inspiring: Fostering a positive mindset, encouraging feedback, praise, and recognition.
• Building relationships: Supporting your team’s development, supporting future growth, and ensuring customers leave satisfied with everything they need.
• Leading: Coaching, motivating, and engaging your team to create a positive work environment.
• Building a fun working environment: Maintaining high standards and product availability while creating an enjoyable workplace.
