Our Role

As a Store Manager, you will be fully accountable for all operational and commercial activities in your store, providing clear leadership to establish a high-performance team that drives sales, achieves KPIs, and delivers exceptional customer service.

You will embody our PRIDE values as a Passionate, Inspiring, and Resourceful leader, with a proven track record of maximizing sales and profitability in a fast-paced, commercially driven retail environment. As an Imaginative and Dedicated Manager, you will coach and develop your team to reach their potential and demonstrate your knowledge and passion for The White Company.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the customer experience as part of The White Company's multi-channel strategy.
  • Maximize contribution by achieving sales targets and controlling costs.
  • Manage store costs without compromising store objectives.
  • Oversee staff training content and frequency to develop and motivate the team, ensuring high standards of customer service and performance.
  • Manage the performance and development of the management team.
  • Ensure store presentation, including cleanliness, visual displays, and merchandising, reflects the brand.
  • Provide feedback on product performance and development to relevant departments.
