Salary: Up to £50,000 + Incentives (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and develop a team of Client Advisors, delivering a world-class customer experience.
2. Drive store performance, ensuring monthly targets and KPIs are consistently met.
3. Uphold brand image through impeccable store standards and visual merchandising.
4. Foster a strong clienteling culture, building lasting relationships with a loyal customer base.
5. Collaborate with head office and report directly to the Retail Manager.
6. Ensure smooth daily operations while mentoring and supporting the team's growth.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in luxury retail management, ideally in beauty or fragrance.
