Job Description

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of an individual store, with a primary focus on delivering great customer experiences that drive sales and profitability. Your leadership will be pivotal in guiding a dedicated team to efficiently run the store operations. By prioritising both direct interactions and behind-the-scenes support, you'll cultivate an environment where every customer feels valued and every aspect of the store contributes to its success, ultimately maximising profits.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Offering customers a high level of service through styling advice, product knowledge, and store experience.
  2. Analysing selling information and taking responsibility for the store sales performance.
  3. Leading and motivating a team of managers, visual merchandisers, and sales advisors to achieve excellent standards of service.
  4. Leading recruitment and ensuring induction and training of new starters are carried out well.
  5. Identifying future talents and putting together development plans to support their progression.
  6. Overseeing store operations.
  7. Creating a great place to work.

What You Need to Succeed:

Knowledge
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as Store Manager.
  • Good understanding of KPIs/selling reports, budgeting turnover, and workforce hours.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety standards.
  • Understanding of store operation routines (delivery, stock, inventory, etc.).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Good knowledge of best practice in employee relations.

Additional Information
