The Store Manager Role

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of your store. You should be a hands-on leader who motivates from the front, focusing on maximizing sales through local knowledge, exceeding budgets, controlling costs, delivering excellent customer service, and inspiring your team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by ensuring excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Support, develop, and mentor your team to maintain high store standards and deliver a great customer experience.
• Maintain store standards and merchandising according to marketing guidelines and ensure high standards of housekeeping.
• Provide a safe environment for staff and customers by implementing health and safety policies.
