Here at Peacocks we have a fantastic opportunity for a Store Manager based in our Lisburn store.

Responsibilities:
  1. Drive sales through your team.
  2. Manage the day to day operation of the store whilst ensuring costs are contained within targets.
  3. Maximize store profitability by promoting sales within the store.
  4. Ensure that a high level of customer service is delivered at all times.
  5. Manage, coach and motivate the team to deliver to all targets and lead by example.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Commercial awareness.
  2. Excellent leadership credentials.
  3. An ability to drive sales through your team.
  4. Good training and development capabilities.
