We are excited to offer a new opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team. This role requires a dedication to providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate will be passionate, knowledgeable about our products, and eager to promote our brand.

Responsibilities

• Achieve financial objectives and KPIs by analyzing variances and implementing corrective actions
• Identify customer needs by engaging with potential and current customers
• Maintain excellent store conditions and visual merchandising standards
• Analyze sales data and forecast future sales
• Manage stock levels and make decisions on stock control
• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Oversee store operations by scheduling staff and monitoring work results
• Recruit, select, and train staff to maintain optimal staffing levels
• Support staff performance through coaching, counseling, and appraisals

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a senior management role within retail, preferably fashion, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
