Job summary

The Range in Leyland is looking for a highly motivated Store Manager to lead by example and drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service. You will manage daily store operations, set ambitious targets, and coach a team to perform at their best, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.

With proven retail management experience in a fast-paced environment, you will implement change, monitor KPIs, train staff to high standards, and motivate the team to achieve profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months experience in a similar high-pressured customer-focused role.
• Excellent communication skills and coaching management style.

• Strong track record of meeting targets and improving store performance.

As a result of our expansion plans and our continued ongoing success we are looking for a highly self-motivated Store Manager.

In this role you will lead by example and inspire our retail colleagues to maximise sales and deliver excellent customer service.

What are we looking for?

To be successful in this role you will have the ability to show your retail management experience by driving sales and improving the store’s performance, consistently meeting key performance indicators.

You must have excellent communication skills and demonstrates a coaching management style, being clear, open and honest. You will ensure retail colleagues are trained to the highest of standards whilst having the ability to take corrective action when necessary.
The successful candidate will have a passion for sales and a positive, can-do attitude towards their role. With experience in change management and a record of meeting targets you will be career focused and self-motivated to get the best from your team with a good track record of running a significant retail operation and a strong profit motive.
