Responsibilities
- Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and motivate employees; monitor performance and provide feedback.
- Sales & Financial Management: Set and achieve sales targets, manage store budgets, and analyse sales reports to improve performance.
- Inventory & Stock Control: Monitor stock levels, order new merchandise, conduct inventory audits, and ensure proper stock keeping.
