Salary: £28,000 with on target earnings of up to £37,000

Location: Morcambe

As a Store Manager in our Morcambe Store, we want your product knowledge and ability to engage with customers and your team to drive your store’s performance. You’ll still have the chance to be on the shop floor and help our customers find Sleep wellness with the right sleep products, but we also want you to lead and inspire your team of Consultants. This means that our unique sleepPRO technology won’t be the only thing ensuring that customers and colleagues alike can get the best night’s sleep! We’ll make sure that you’re fully trained on products, processes, and people because we rest easy knowing you’re set up for success, and we’ll provide ongoing support and training to help you build your career.

We want our stores to be places our teams can be proud of and to showcase our products, so you’ll lead your team to get involved, move product around, and maintain the standards that create the best sleeping experiences!

Our customers are in when they’re free to shop, which includes evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. This is where you’ll be able to make the most of our fantastic, uncapped commission structure, so it’s essential for you to be available to take those opportunities while balancing your time.
