Join Our Community-Focused Retail Team at Huyton 2store

Are you interested in a new kind of retail experience where you can run your own store, lead a team of paid staff and volunteers, and make a positive impact in your local community? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you at our Huyton 2store.

In this role, you will operate in a fast-paced environment, working effectively to maximize income from sales, gift aid, and promotional activities, as well as drive donations from the local area. You will ensure the store offers excellent standards and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer service, helping to raise funds and promote the work of YMCA within the community.

Successful candidates will possess exceptional organizational skills, creative flair, and drive. Your commercial awareness will enable you to motivate, develop, and inspire your team of staff and volunteers. This role offers variety and challenge, with no two days the same.
