Barnardo's is seeking a passionate Store Manager for their Great Linford Store. This full-time role involves managing daily operations, leading a team to maximize sales, and recruiting volunteers, all while fostering a supportive work environment. We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Store Manager to join Barnardo's on a Full Time, Permanent basis.
As a Store Manager you will manage the day to day running of our Great Linford Store, leading a team of colleagues to maximise store sales and profits. By doing so you will play a crucial role in raising the funds for the amazing services and support Barnardo's provides for children, young people, parents, and carers across the UK.
Location: Unit 1, Great Linford Local Centre, Great Linford, MK1 5HA
Working Pattern: As the store is open 7 days a week, the successful post holder will be required to on a rota basis which will include weekend, evening, and bank holiday working.

The Retail section consists of more than 700 Barnardo's shops across the UK. These high-street stores are reliant on donations from the public and corporate supporters,and generate funds from the sale of these donated items. There are a wide range of shops, from traditional charity stores to book shops and furniture. The Trading division produces and sells a range of products, including cards and gifts.
