Overview

Are you ready to take your next step and lead with passion and purpose? We’re on the lookout for ambitious Store Managers within our Magnet family who are driven to inspire both their teams and our customers.

What’s on offer?

You’ll receive a salary of £38,000, with on-target earnings of around £45,000, plus a car allowance and an attractive benefits package that recognises and rewards your hard work.

What’s involved?

This is your chance to run the High Wycombe Showroom like it’s your own business, driving performance, boosting sales, and ensuring an outstanding customer journey from start to finish. We’ll also invest in your development, with training that builds your leadership skills and design expertise. Many of our leaders began their Magnet careers in roles just like this, no surprise then that Store Managers stay with us for an average of over 9 years!
