Are you a passionate runner and fitness enthusiast with excellent customer service skills?

Our client, Up and Running, is seeking a highly motivated Retail Manager to lead their team and promote the highest standards of customer service and product knowledge in their local running and fitness community.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily operations of the store, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers, visitors, and team members.
  2. Advise and recommend footwear to customers, training team members in the use of gait analysis.
  3. Oversee the store's stock holding, staffing, and promotions calendar.
  4. Report accurately on finance and stock levels.
  5. Liaise with Head Office on matters of stock and promotions.
  6. Identify new opportunities for store growth.
  7. Recruit and train team members, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety policies.
  8. Conduct performance appraisals and probationary reviews.
