About the role

As a Store Manager at Victoria’s Secret, you’ll take ownership of your store's success, inspiring your team to achieve targets and create an exceptional customer experience every day.

  3. Passion for retail: Enthusiasm for creating unique customer experiences and a comprehensive understanding of retail operations.
