Moss is seeking a Store Manager for the Metrocentre store in Gateshead. You’ll lead a team to deliver exceptional service, drive sales and KPI performance, and role-model the Moss Way across the store.

This on-site leadership role demands energy, presence and a commitment to developing others within a high-traffic retail environment. You’ll be supported to grow your leadership capabilities, own store performance, and create memorable customer moments that reflect Moss’s values and customer-first
