A UK charity organization is looking for a Store Manager in Fleetwood to lead a team and maximize store sales. The ideal candidate will have proven people management experience and strong organizational skills. You're an experienced people manager; you are creative and resourceful and can use this to generate customer, donor and colleague loyalty. You\'ll need to be well organised with great communication skills to lead your team of colleagues in store to maximise sales and profit and meet your stores targets.
