Deichmann is proud to announce that we are recruiting for a Store Manager for our store in Hemel Hempstead.

This role offers a salary of £34,600 plus the potential to earn monthly commission and annual bonuses.

This is an exciting opportunity for a successful and ambitious Store Manager to join a reputable, international retail brand.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated high performance in their current role and possess a balanced mix of managerial and technical skills to drive store performance.

Previous experience as a Store Manager in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment is essential.

You should be able to solve problems quickly, be a people person, and have the ability to plan and coordinate resources. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service is crucial.

Key activities:

• Motivate and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service
• Lead by example in promoting and recommending shoe care products, demonstrating confidence in selling and product knowledge
• Analyze and interpret sales performance data and reports
• Recommend strategies to improve sales based on data analysis and customer insights
• Ensure all company standards are maintained, including merchandising and administration
• Meet all KPIs and company standards
• Recruit and train team members
