Job summary

Lidl GB in the United Kingdom is seeking a Store Manager to take ownership of the store, lead and develop a high-performing team, and drive customer satisfaction. You will manage day-to-day operations, optimise processes, and guide the store toward achieving its targets with hands-on leadership.

You’ll be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, monitoring KPIs, and fostering a supportive, high-performing culture.
