Job summary

Oliver Bonas is seeking a Store Manager for our new Eastbourne store, reporting to the Area Manager. You will lead the team, drive sales and deliver outstanding customer experiences every day.

This flexible hours contract offers varied shifts and the chance to shape a dynamic retail environment aligned with OB values. You will coach colleagues, monitor KPIs and ensure excellent store standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in team management and leading store staff.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and motivate colleagues.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Store Manager to join Team OB in our new store opening in Eastbourne.

The Role

As a Store Manager, you will lead the store to success by boosting sales and motivating your team. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will bring enthusiasm, positivity and joy by inspiring your customers and colleagues and maximising sales.

This is a flexible contract, meaning you will have a fixed number of hours each week across a variety of days and shifts, and we are open to conversations about working flexibly.
