Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of cycling enthusiasts to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer enjoys a positive and memorable shopping experience by providing expert advice and assistance.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, conduct regular stocktakes, and ensure accurate inventory records.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain an attractive and well-organized store layout that showcases our products effectively.
  • Sales and Performance: Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Training and Development: Continuously train and develop your team's product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and staff by following health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications
