About The Role

What You’ll Be Doing

• You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the store.
• You’ll be leading from the front, managing a small team of 4-6 members of staff.
• You will work up to 45 hours per week; all extra time worked is paid or can be taken as time off in lieu.
• You’ll be committed to motivating your team to deliver a great customer experience and achieve challenging sales targets.
• You’ll offer honest advice, build rapport with customers, exceed their expectations, and reassure them when they’re bewildered by choice.

What you’ll need - skills and experience:

• Proven experience leading a small team.
• Managerial experience within retail or field sales, ideally in a hard goods environment.
• Proven success in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Experience motivating your team.
• Practical knowledge of some or all of our product range.
• Confident, enthusiastic, and driven team player.
• Committed to learning and developing yourself and your team.
• Skills including accuracy, numeracy, and basic computer literacy.
• Desire to succeed both individually and as a team leader.
