Overview

Your role is to maximise sales and profit in store while ensuring the highest standards of presentation and customer service, with the aim of making your store the best in town for customers and for your colleagues to work in. You will be an experienced people manager who is creative and resourceful, using these skills to generate customer, donor and colleague loyalty. You will need to be well organised with excellent communication skills to lead your team in store to maximise sales and profit and meet your store targets.
