Full time Store Manager / Location: Colchester

At StorageMart, you will be part of one of the fastest growing sectors in the retail industry and you will be a key customer contact point for the company so a great first and lasting impression goes a long way.

• As a store manager, you will support the regional manager, growing the business & maximizing sales where possible.
• You will provide outstanding customer service, whether this be on the phone, face to face, or by email.
• You will be required to open, run and close the office, maintain the center, carry out small maintenance works and ensure the facility is clean, safe and secure, ready for the next customer and their belongings
• You will be dealing with customer accounts, setting up customer accounts and managing debt among general administrative duties.
• Apply discounts and fees in accordance with company policies.
• Stay current on training, processes, procedures and policies.
• On occasion, you may be required to travel to and run other stores but our systems and processes are the same across all locations.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Retail sales and administrative experience
• Excellent customer service and solution finding skills.
• Demonstrable people skills, (a clear communicator able to recognize and resolve issues)
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to work outside, clean units and maintain grounds.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle required. (Mileage paid when covering other stores)

Working hours:

• 8 - 9 Hour shifts, 5 days in a week with Weekend availability
