Responsibilities

The duties of the perfect companion:

  • Welcoming each customer with attention, listening and product expertise.
  • Leading, training and motivating the sales team with high standards and kindness.
  • Ensuring the consistent quality of product presentation and merchandising.
  • Monitor performance indicators: turnover, average basket size, customer satisfaction.
  • Manage schedules, stock and deliveries.
  • Ensure strict compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.
  • Work closely with the laboratory and management to ensure consistency in the product range.
