JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for experienced and dedicated Store Manager to lead our new flagship boutique on The King’s Road. This is a unique opportunity to play a defining role in the launch of our first physical store – bringing our brand to life in a beautifully curated environment. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, deeply customer focused, and inspired by the opportunity to shape a new retail experience from day one.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

LEADERSHIP & STORE MANAGEMENT
  • Lead and inspire a small, high-performing team to deliver exceptional service and sales results.

  • Support in recruiting, training and onboarding staff in alignment with brand values and standards.

  • Create a refined and service-led store environment where team members embody the values of the brand.

  • Act as a brand ambassador at all times, both in store and in the local community.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
  • Deliver a luxury-level, personalized customer experience at every touchpoint.

  • Build strong relationships with loyal and new customers through one-to-one styling and appointments.

  • Ensure that the boutique is always immaculate, welcoming, and aligned with brand aesthetics.

SALES & PERFORMANCE
  • Take ownership for achieving sales targets and KPIs.

  • Work with the Head or Production & Retail Operations to analyse performance metrics to drive improvements and identify growth opportunities.

  • Supporting the PR & Marketing teams to plan and execute in-store events, activations, and collaborations to increase footfall and engagement.

VISUAL MERCHANDISING & BRAND PRESENTATION
  • Uphold and execute brand guidelines with precision and creativity.

  • Collaborate with the Creative teams to ensure product presentation is always in line with the brand’s visions.

  • Work with the Creative teams to ensure window displays and interior displays are immaculate, refreshed and seasonally appropriate.

OPERATIONS
  • Oversee day-to-day operations including stock management, deliveries, H&S, and reporting.

  • Ensure all processes are followed to safeguard loss prevention and store security.

  • Work closely with HO on all customer feedback, product sell-through and relevant customer insights.

  • Manage the team rotas including shopfloor and stockroom staff, cleaner and security.
