Responsibilities

  • You will be commercially driven: continually demonstrate a commitment to driving your business, collaborate and build key relationships to accelerate store growth, demonstrate expert market awareness and use analysis to maximise trading opportunities, and lead and deliver operational excellence showing respect and consideration for people, product and your environment.
  • You will be environmentally conscious: as a certified B Corp business, incorporate environmentally responsible practices, support the Five C\'s strategy addressing Climate, Cultivation, Craft, Culture and Circularity, promoting a greener, more sustainable future, and promote equity, empathy and understanding within internal and external communities.
