About the role

Our Store Managers are fully accountable for everything going on in their stores. You will be responsible for:

  1. Leading and motivating your team to be the best
  2. Coaching and mentoring
  3. Driving Customer Service through team engagement and excellent product knowledge
  4. Maximising your store’s sales potential and profitability, driving the KPIs
  5. Delivering company standards to the highest level
  6. Visual merchandising and product launches
  7. Being a Brand Ambassador!

About you

We are looking for someone with:

  1. Retail management experience from a fast-paced background
  2. Excellent people skills with a proven track record of leading, developing and motivating a team
  3. Strong organisational skills; time management is a must
  4. A passion for selling and customer engagement
  5. A record of commercial success and awareness
  6. Recognition of the importance of strong visual merchandising
  7. Awareness of the local, and competitor market
  8. Clothing experience - desirable but not essential
  9. Passion, enthusiasm, and a hands-on attitude
