Are you an enthusiastic leader with a passion for kitchenware? ProCook, the UK's fastest growing kitchenware retailer, is looking for a talented Store Manager to oversee our new store opening in Chichester in July 2025.

Your Role:

As Store Manager, you will create an engaging atmosphere for customers and lead your team to deliver exceptional service. You will ensure smooth store operations, drive sales, and strengthen the ProCook brand.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Foster a customer-first environment that promotes excellent service.
2. Lead and develop a high-performing team.
3. Supervise daily store operations to meet and exceed sales targets.
4. Manage inventory and maintain visual merchandising standards.
5. Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar retail leadership role.
2. Strong leadership skills to inspire and develop a team.
3. Excellent customer service skills and a passion for kitchenware.
4. Proficiency in analyzing sales and managing inventory.
