A Bit About The Role

Everything – the store, stock, standards, team, labour, customers, and coffee – is yours to own and grow. You will:

• Create a welcoming space for customers to enjoy our coffee in Chesterfield Lockoford Lane
• Generate innovative ideas to meet evolving customer needs
• Manage costs effectively through stock, labour, training, and recognition
• Inspire your team to be passionate about the business
• Train and develop your team to reach their full potential
