Job summary

Costa Coffee in Carlisle City Centre is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, deliver top-tier customer service, and drive sales and profit while developing the store team. You’ll own the customer experience, mentor staff, and uphold Costa’s standards in a busy urban setting.
