To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience leading a team in a dynamic retail or hospitality environment. You’ll champion our mission and values to create the Starbucks experience for our customers and partners. Understanding your market, knowing the competition, and identifying opportunities to drive store profitability are key. You’ll also be an ambassador for our partner networks, ensuring they feel they belong.

The role is dynamic; no two days are the same. As a store leader, you’ll set an example and lead from the front. Typical responsibilities include:

• Executing store operations through your team, covering shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
• Analyzing data and observations to inform decisions that improve customer experience and store performance
• Using forecasting and scheduling tools to manage labor within budget, and recruiting diverse talent to meet store needs
• Implementing new initiatives to enable operational excellence and drive results
• Supporting partner growth through coaching, development, and building positive relationships
• Setting challenging goals to drive engagement and performance
