About The Role
What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the store.
- You’ll lead a small team of 4-6 staff members, managing and motivating them.
- You will work up to 45 hours per week; any extra hours are paid or can be taken as time off in lieu.
- You’ll motivate your team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- You’ll offer honest advice, build rapport with customers, and help them make informed choices.
What you’ll need - skills and experience:
- Proven experience leading a small team.
- Managerial experience in retail or field sales, preferably in hard goods.
- Experience in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Ability to motivate and develop your team.
- Practical knowledge of our product range.
- Confident, enthusiastic, and driven team player.
- Commitment to personal and team development.
- Strong accuracy, numeracy, and basic computer skills.
- Desire to succeed both individually and as a team leader.
