Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £29,600 with on target earnings of £35,000 (the amount you’ll potentially earn with your commission)

As a Store Manager in our Brislington Store, we want your product knowledge and ability to engage with customers and your team to drive your store’s performance. You’ll still have the chance to be on the shop floor and help our customers find Sleep wellness with the right sleep products, but we also want you to lead and inspire your team of Consultants. This means that our sleepPRO technology won’t be the only thing ensuring that customers and colleagues alike can get the best night’s sleep! We’ll make sure you’re fully trained on products, processes, and people because we rest easy knowing you’re set up for success, and we’ll continue to support and train you to build the career you want.

We want our stores to be places our teams can be proud of and to showcase our products, so you’ll lead your team to get involved, move products around, and maintain standards that create the best sleeping experiences!

Our customers shop during evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, so you’ll be able to make the most of our fantastic, uncapped commission structure. It’s essential for you to be available during these times to seize opportunities while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

You’ll deliver fantastic customer service, ensuring our customers have an outstanding store experience. You’ll blend business management, commercial know-how, and a dedication to seeing your team and store perform financially, professionally, and personally to create success.
