Your Role as Store Manager:
As Store Manager, you’ll lead your team with energy and purpose, driving performance while delivering an outstanding customer experience. We’re looking for someone commercially minded, customer-focused, and proactive. Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive Sales: Lead your team to meet and exceed store targets while keeping the customer experience at the heart of everything.
• Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficiency and alignment with brand standards.
• Maximise Profitability: Implement creative sales initiatives and promotions to improve performance.
• Deliver Excellent Service: Create a warm, personal shopping experience for every customer.
• Develop Your Team: Coach, support, and guide your team to grow and succeed in their roles.
