Job summary

Coffee#1 Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced manager who loves coffee and cake and delivering top-tier customer service. You will develop and support your team while ensuring smooth store operations from 5am to 7pm, with potential lone working.

No prior coffee experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided in-store and at Coffee Academies. The role also features great perks and opportunities to advance within the Coffee#1 network.

Qualifications

• No coffee experience required; full training provided in-store and at Coffee Academies.
• Flexible working hours 5am–7pm including opening/closing and possible lone working.
• Strong customer service and team leadership skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver excellent customer service and great coffee and cake experiences.
• Oversee opening and closing shifts; manage operations during lone hours when required.
• Support and develop team members through on-the-job training and coaching.

Job description

We're looking for an enthusiastic experienced manager, who is passionate about coffee & cake while delivering great customer service whist developing and supporting their team.

This role requires flexibility over working between the hours of 5am and 7pm which includes opening and closing the store, which may involve lone working.

No experience in Coffee is needed as full training with be provided in store and at one of our Coffee Academies!
