Coffee#1 Ltd. in Fareham are seeking an enthusiastic leader and supervisor who loves coffee and cake, and who will deliver outstanding customer service while developing and supporting their team.

The role requires flexibility to work between 5am and 7pm, including opening and closing shifts and potential lone working. No prior coffee experience is needed as full training will be provided in-store and at our Coffee Academies.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic experienced leader / supervisor, who is passionate about coffee & cake while delivering great customer service whist developing and supporting their team.

This role requires flexibility over working between the hours of 5am and 7pm which includes opening and closing the store, which may involve lone working.

No experience in Coffee is needed as full training with be provided in store and at one of our Coffee Academies!
