As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for your store's performance, maximizing sales through physical and digital channels, and achieving store targets by leading an inclusive and diverse team that embodies the BHF values.
Each day is different in this varied, fast-paced, and hands-on role. Due to the volume of donations, it can be physically demanding at times, but it is also highly rewarding as you contribute to funding life-saving research.
Our stores operate 7 days a week, requiring flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
The British Heart Foundation (BHF) offers a wide range of new and used furniture, clothing, jewelry, and more, available in-store and online.
