Location: Blackburn, Whitebirk Industrial Estate

Salary: Competitive

Job Type: Permanent, Part Time

Working Hours: 22 hours, Friday to Sunday

About the Role

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for pets, retail, and customer service?

We’re looking for a Store Manager to lead our team and drive success at our new Outlet: Pet Range.

Responsibilities Include

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Lead, motivate, and train a team of store assistants
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues efficiently
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and visual displays
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to develop sales
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in retail management (2+ years preferred)
• Leadership and communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a hands-on approach
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment; manage time and tasks effectively during downtime
• Proactive problem solver with initiative
• Proficient with IT
• Comfortable around dogs and pets
