Overview

As a Store Manager in a dynamic team, you play a pivotal role in shaping the experiences of your team and the customers you serve. Responsibilities
  • Provide the highest levels of customer service: coach and guide store teams to ensure an excellent customer experience during every interaction.
  • Lead the store’s success by ensuring the right people are in the right roles at the right time.
  • Care for our colleagues: create a safe environment, ensure policies and procedures are followed, and lead the team by example.
  • Develop people, supporting upward growth, internal opportunities, and role development.
  • Protect the pounds and euros: align the team with commercial objectives and contribute to store performance.
  • Advise on sales strategy, shrinkage, and service to ensure smooth and efficient store operation.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a supervisory or management role with team leadership and performance management.
  • Ability to manage store operations, including stock control, cash handling, and maintaining store standards.
  • Track record of driving store performance by leading a team to achieve KPIs (sales targets, waste reduction, customer service scores) and using sales data to improve results.
  • Ability to manage budgets to maximise profitability.
