Job summary

JD Group in the UK is seeking a Store Manager for JD Sports to own your store’s performance, culture, and daily execution. You lead from the front—setting expectations, inspiring the team, and driving strong commercial results through confident decision-making and a deep understanding of the JD brand.

You’ll lead on the shop floor, coach staff, analyse real-time performance data, and maintain premium standards for product availability and presentation while delivering an outstanding customer
