Convenience Store Manager – What?

A Store Manager at Greens Retail is responsible for the overall management of your store. We seek exceptional individuals who are proactive and committed to delivering one of the best convenience stores in the country. Your typical day will include:

• Leading and developing a strong team to provide excellent customer service
• Creating an exceptional working environment
• Building relationships with the local community and hosting events
• Managing daily store operations, ensuring high standards
• Recruiting, mentoring, training colleagues, and shift planning
• Driving the store and business forward, meeting KPIs and planning for the future
• Maintaining a clean, efficient operation in compliance with health & safety regulations and procedures

Managers are expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week across 5 days, including evenings and weekends. We offer flexible working hours to meet store needs.

• Management discretionary bonus (up to 15% of salary)

What do I need?

• Food retail experience preferred

Beyond this, you should have a willingness to deliver, be passionate about retail, and have a strong attention to detail.
